VISION
EAU is a global community of dedicated advocates, activists, and volunteers focused on advocating for increased support for Ukraine in all European countries, including but not limited to the following areas.
- Grassroots Advocacy
- Military Aid
- Economic Support
- Counter Propaganda
- Support for Research and Education
Since Ukraine’s independence in 1991, European support for its security has fluctuated in response to regional threats and the level of commitment demonstrated by the United States. Today, with American engagement in European security appearing increasingly uncertain, Europe faces a critical inflection point. If European nations fail to assume a greater leadership role in defending collective stability, the continent risks further destabilization and fragmentation—an outcome that aligns with the strategic objectives of the Putin regime. Ensuring Ukraine’s survival and defeating Russia’s expansionist ambitions must therefore be regarded as Europe’s foremost foreign and security policy priority.
European Action for Ukraine (EAU) is committed to strengthening grassroots advocacy across Europe to advance this mission. EAU works both at the national level and within pan-European institutions such as the European Union and the Council of Europe. The organization’s focus is to foster greater military, economic, cultural, informational, and diplomatic support for Ukraine by mobilizing and connecting existing advocacy leaders. Acting in an advisory and facilitative capacity, EAU provides expertise, networks, and resources to empower local and regional initiatives, ensuring that pro-Ukraine advocacy is coordinated, effective, and impactful across the continent.

OBJECTIVES and STRATEGIC GOALS
- Identifying the community leaders within the pro-Ukraine advocacy and activism space in the various European countries, who would be able to join and lead this effort.
- Facilitating the creation of an Europe-wide network of activists, advocates, community leaders, and volunteers as the main resource for all further advocacy efforts.
- Creating a coalition-like structure within each relevant European country that would coordinate and spearhead the pro-Ukraine advocacy efforts.
- Creating a coalition-like structure at the level of all-European institutions (the EU, Council of Europe, ECHR, etc.) that would coordinate pro-Ukraine advocacy efforts, and do so in coordination with the country-level efforts.
- Conducting effective counter-propaganda campaigns in the European information space to counteract the false narratives disseminated by Russia
- Fostering open communication with Ukrainian society on all levels to help address its needs: government sector, private sector, civil society sector, local communities, and beyond.
KEY STAKEHOLDERS

- Ukrainian communities scattered across the globe - the established transnational diaspora communities and organizations, the recent Ukrainian war refugees and their families
- Pro-Ukrainian and pro-democracy activists in the USA, in Europe, and globally, who are seeking to support Ukraine and make a difference
- Political leadership in each European country and at the level of all-European institutions as the targets of the advocacy efforts resulting from our activities
- Mass media and general populations within each European country as the targets of the concerted Russian propaganda campaigns.
